  • “In the shifting market, everything that we do is still the same, we just have to change the way that we do it.”

  • It is all about mindset. We take advantage to grab any opportunity while others are taking their cool down.

  • The forefront is to educate and openly communicate to the clients on the  situation at the same time, still be able to track daily, weekly and monthly inventories and KPI’s.

  • ”It’s not about what the person is making or how much over asking you can get for a home. It’s what do you buy the home for and what is the market value that we can command now.” 

  • Always choose to be positive. Put your ego to the side, be like a sponge and continue to learn. 

  • DO what is great for the client.
