1. Define your priorities and time block
2. Don’t make a pitch. Instead have a conversation with the client’s best interest in mind. It makes a huge difference when you are regularly following up with your clients, keeping them in the know and really understanding their why's.
3. Look for ways to say yes to clients. Create a positive conversation that moves toward a solution when clients ask for difficult deliverables.
4. Have a mindset of making your day purposeful and intentional.
