Cam moved from his hometown, Burlington, to Oakville where he now runs his real estate business. He began his real estate career on a team, before choosing to operate as a solo agent. After 4 years, Cam expanded his business through hiring administrative support. This allowed him to grow his sales base, and focus on the leadership and management skills that were necessary to develop his own real estate team. “
