She managed to make it big in the real estate business and finally made it the focus of her career. She is currently affiliated with MacKay Realty Network as a real estate broker.

Tips for working with potential first-time home buyers:

  1. Have a system in place and be prepared to cut loose potential clients who are not serious.

  2. Set clear expectations. Perform a buyer's consultation and provide a timeline.

  3. Identify their motivation. If they are not buying in the next 60 days or are not adhering to the provided timeline then it is clear that they are not yet serious buyers.
